1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CMMS Enterprise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

CMMS Enterprise is a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System that provides asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection management, and related enterprise maintenance operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Free trial periods are available as specified during registration
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of paid plan purchase

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your maintenance records, asset data, or operational information. Upon account termination, you may export your data per our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Level Agreement

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for paid plans
  • Scheduled maintenance windows communicated 48 hours in advance
  • Data backed up daily with 30-day retention
  • 24/7 monitoring with automated incident response

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access other users' data or systems without authorization
  • Upload malicious software or content
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
